SIJILLSIJILL

Terms of service

Effective 12 October 2026

In short

  • These terms are the agreement between us and the company that uses SIJILL, and they apply to everyone who signs in to it.
  • Your company owns its data. We keep it and process it only to run SIJILL for you, as the privacy policy explains.
  • Prices are in Saudi riyals, before VAT, and are invoiced. You can stop at any time; we delete a workspace within 90 days of the end.
  • The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern these terms, and the Arabic text prevails.

1. About these terms

SIJILL (sijill.net) is provided by شركة الاعمال الإبداعية التجارية (Doolab Creative Agency), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unified national number 7033979621, short national address RUQA2577 ("we", "us").

These terms are an agreement between us and the company or organisation that registers a SIJILL workspace or uses one we set up for it (the "Customer"). They also apply to every person the Customer lets sign in (a "User"). By registering, or by using SIJILL, the Customer and each User accept them. A person who accepts them for a company confirms they have the authority to do so.

If the Customer has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms. These terms are published in Arabic and English; if the two ever differ, the Arabic text prevails.

2. The service

SIJILL is an online system for running a business: sales, projects, purchasing, finance, people and the other modules a Customer switches on. We keep improving it, so features may be added, changed or retired over time; we will not remove a core part of a module a Customer pays for without telling it in advance.

Some features use services of other companies, such as signing in with Google or Microsoft, connecting a Google calendar, and sending email. Those features also depend on those companies and their own terms, and work only while they offer them.

3. Accounts

  • The Customer's administrators decide who has an account and what each person can see and do in the workspace.
  • People sign in with their Google or Microsoft account. Each User keeps their account secure and tells the Customer's administrator, or us, at once if they think someone else has used it.
  • The Customer is responsible for what happens under its Users' accounts, and for removing access for people who should no longer have it.
  • SIJILL is for people 18 or older who are acting for a business.

4. Your data

The Customer owns the data it puts into SIJILL ("Customer Data"). It gives us the right to host, copy, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide SIJILL to it, to keep the service secure, and to comply with the law. We never sell Customer Data or use it for advertising.

For Customer Data, the Customer is the controller and we process the data on its behalf, as the privacy policy sets out. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data it keeps in SIJILL, for giving the people concerned (its employees, clients, applicants and others) the notices the Personal Data Protection Law requires, and for the accuracy of what it enters.

The Customer can delete its own records in SIJILL, and can ask us at any time for a copy of its workspace data (section 8).

5. Acceptable use

The Customer and its Users must not use SIJILL to:

  • break any law of the Kingdom or of any other place where it is used, or help anyone else to;
  • store or send content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is defamatory or offensive;
  • send unsolicited messages, or collect or use other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • try to reach data or accounts they are not allowed to, test or probe SIJILL's security without our written permission, or interfere with the service or other customers;
  • upload malicious code, or copy, resell or rebuild SIJILL, except as the law expressly allows.

If we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, we may remove the content concerned or suspend the account or workspace involved (section 8).

6. Trial, plans and fees

  • A new workspace may start with a free trial, whose length is shown when it registers. When the trial ends, the workspace continues only on a paid plan.
  • Plans are priced by team size, with optional add-on modules. Prices are in Saudi riyals and do not include VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
  • We send invoices for the plan and add-ons the Customer uses, and the Customer pays them within the period stated on the invoice.
  • If an invoice stays unpaid after we have reminded the Customer, we may suspend the workspace until it is paid. Nothing is deleted while a workspace is suspended for non-payment, until the workspace ends under section 8.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires or we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may change prices for the next billing period by telling the Customer at least 30 days in advance.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep SIJILL available and secure, and to fix problems quickly. Like any online service it may be interrupted at times, for maintenance (which we try to schedule outside working hours) or for reasons outside our control, and we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

For help, Users can contact their own administrator first; administrators can contact us at privacy@sijill.net.

8. Suspension and ending

  • The Customer can stop using SIJILL at any time by telling us. The workspace stays open until the end of the period already paid for.
  • We may suspend a workspace or an account straight away if that is needed to protect the service, other customers or the people whose data is in SIJILL, or if the law requires it; otherwise we give notice first.
  • Either side may end the agreement if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not put it right within 15 days of being told.
  • When the agreement ends, access to the workspace ends. The Customer can ask us, within 30 days, for a copy of its workspace data in a common format. We then delete the workspace's database and files within 90 days of the end, as the privacy policy says, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

9. Intellectual property

SIJILL, its software, design and name belong to us. These terms give the Customer and its Users the right to use SIJILL while the agreement lasts, and nothing more. If anyone sends us suggestions, we may use them freely, with no obligation in return.

10. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's confidential information private, uses it only for this agreement, and protects it with at least reasonable care. This does not cover information that is public, was already known, is received lawfully from someone else, or must be disclosed by law, in which case the other side is told where the law allows.

11. Responsibility and liability

SIJILL helps a business keep its records and run its work; the Customer remains responsible for its own decisions and for meeting its own tax, accounting, labour and other legal obligations, including checking the documents it issues.

To the extent the laws of the Kingdom allow: SIJILL is provided as it is; we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability for any claim connected with SIJILL is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under those laws.

The Customer is responsible for claims brought against us by others because of its Customer Data, or because it or its Users broke these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. If a change matters, we tell Customers at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or inside SIJILL. A Customer that does not accept a change can stop using SIJILL before it takes effect; continuing to use SIJILL after that means accepting it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to settle it amicably within 30 days of one telling the other about it in writing. If they cannot, it will be settled by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Questions about these terms are welcome at privacy@sijill.net.
